Vestas is to supply turbines totalling 90MW for the Kassidiaris wind farm in Greece, which is being developed by Eltech Anemos.

The Danish manufacturer will deliver and install 25 V136-3.45MW machines optimised to 3.6MW for the project located in the region of Epirus in northwestern Greece.

Delivery is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2018.

The contract also includes a 20-year active output management 4000 service agreement.

Kassidiaris will be the largest wind farm in Greece when complete.
